How does this work?

Fill out the form
Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible so we can iron out the details of your session!

Connect
Before we meet for the session, I will email you and learn your interests and needs. Together we’ll collaborate on the session details and date.
03.
The day of
On the day of your session, we’ll talk for a bit while I set up the camera and lighting to make sure everything’s perfect. Then we can start making some amazing photos!
04.
Gallery delivery
After we're done, I'll get to work editing the photos. The finished photos will be posted to your own custom online gallery within 1 to 2 business weeks.
This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.
You’re not alone. Many photographers are uncomfortable being photographed. I’m no exception! Thankfully, when photographing I'm fully engaged. My focus is on making you feel comfortable so we can create memorable pictures together.
What should I wear?
There are several photographic lighting styles possible. Each “look” will have a “best” clothing option, which we’ll talk about before you arrive. In general, avoid clothes that are excessively bold and patterned. We want the focus to be on you, and not your clothes.
How many pictures will I receive?
Different session plans offer varying quantity of pictures and file formats for you to receive. Your particular need will determine which photo package is best for you. All photos of a session are available in high resolution JPG format, so that you have unlimited print and distribution possibilities. Or, you can select just a few pictures, and have our studio professionally print and archival frame your session images for elegant display. Lots of choices available!

What types of photography do you do?
I photograph pets and people, portraits, couples, families, seniors (high school and golden elders), corporate and social media headshots — almost anything that moves or holds still.
What are you looking for in photo sessions?
I love the vibrancy of colors and motion. However, I also photograph with contemporary, pure white backgrounds. Regardless of the lighting style, my primary goal is to capture the subject’s inner essence, not just their outer likeness.
